COTTER, James Tawa (Jimmy).
Passed away peacefully on November 18, 2023 wrapped in aroha at Cranford Hospice, aged 77 years. Treasured husband of Yvonne for 58 years. Cherished and adored Dad of Leanne and John, Vicki and Cam, Kiri and Daniel, and Sharon and Reuben. Loved Poppa to Matty, Alexandra, Tara, Tom, Brady, Taylor, Olivia, Francesca and Kurtis, and Pop Pop to his four great mokopunas. A much-loved brother, Uncle, and friend to many. In lieu of flowers, donations to Cranford Hospice can be left at Jimmy’s service or online at www.cranfordhospice.org.nz
A celebration of Jimmy’s life will be held in the Napier Sailing Club, 63 West Quay, Ahuriri on Wednesday, November 22 at 1.00pm. Messages to the Cotter Family, C/- PO Box 439, Napier 4140.
