Alan 'Parksey' Parkes

PARKES, Alan James (Parksey).

On 6 January 2025 peacefully at Hastings Hospital.

Much loved husband of Jane. Brother of Les and Judy, and brother-in-law of Alan and Graeme. Most special uncle to his nieces and nephews, and a cousin, mentor, good friend and mate to many. Will be missed by all. Special thanks to the nursing staff of Ward A2, his girls at Villa 6, the Doctors and nurses of Ward 23 Palmerston North Hospital and Dr Keith Hooper for all their support and caring.

A service for Alan will be held in the Beth Shan Chapel, 157 Georges Drive, Napier on Friday January 10 at 10.30am. Messages to the Parkes Family, C/o PO Box 439, Napier 4140.
