CHAN, Tai Sum (Sam).

Passed away peacefully on October 4, 2024, in his 86^th year. Much loved husband of the late Ivy. Loved and respected Dad of Glen and Fay. Treasured grandad of Newton and Garrett.

The family would like to thank the staff of Elmwood House Hospital for Sam’s care. In lieu of flowers, a donation to Dementia HB in Sam’s memory would be gratefully received and may be left at the service.

A celebration of Sam’s life will be held in the Beth Shan Chapel, 157 Georges Drive, Napier  on Monday, October 14, at 1.30pm. Messages to the Chan Family, C/o PO Box 439, Napier 4140.
