Hazel passed away peacefully on Tuesday, 14 October 2025.

Dearly loved wife of the late Max. Cherished mother and mother-in-law of Susan Titter, Richard and Susan Tong, Alan and Christine Tong, and Joanne and Steve Franklin. A loved grandma, great-grandma and great-great-grandma. A special thank you to the staff at Bupa Willowbank for their care and kindness.
