SUNNEX, David William (Dave).
A life filled with love and laughter, family and friends.
Passed away peacefully on 8 February 2026, in his 90th year. Much-loved husband of the late Val Sunnex. A loved father, grandfather and great-grandfather, he was the foundation of his family.
Dave will be at home on Wednesday 11 and Thursday 12 February, and we welcome anyone who wishes to pay their respects and say goodbye.
A farewell service for Dave will be held in the Taradale R.S.A, 156 Gloucester Street, Taradale on Friday, 13 February at 1.00pm. Messages to the Sunnex Family, C/o PO Box 439, Napier 4140.
He is reunited with his much-loved wife, Val.
