Wendy Parsons

PARSONS, Wendy (nee Speakman).

24 May 1950 – 29 January 2026

Eldest daughter of the late Marie and John Speakman. Beloved wife of the late Peter. Adored Mum and Mum-in-law of Penny and Nic, and Pip and Brook. Treasured and proud Grandma of Harriet and Audrey, and Jack and Harry. A caring and inspiring friend who people were naturally drawn to. Peacefully resting after many years living courageously with Parkinson’s Disease.

A private family cremation has taken place, and a celebration of Wendy’s life will be held. In lieu of flowers, any donations to Parkinson’s NZ or Cranford Hospice are gratefully appreciated.
