Heather passed away peacefully at Cranford Hospice after a long fought battle with cancer, on 25 January 2026, aged 65 years.

Dearly loved daughter of the late Graeme and June Matheson. Beloved Mum of Blake and Oscar, and treasured sister and sister-in-law of Fiona and John, Leslie and Bridget, and Katherine (deceased) and Ivan. Adored Auntie of Scott, Angus, Emma-Jane, Harris, Mackay, and Vincent.

A service for Heather will be held in the All Saints’ Anglican Church, 23 Puketapu Road, Taradale on Thursday, 29 January at 1.30pm.
