Aged 95 years.

Loved father and father-in-law to Paula and Bill Downey, Andrea and John Moorcock, and Denise (deceased) and Wayne Coker. Beloved Gramps to his 6 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren, and 4 great-great-grandchildren. On behalf of Jake’s family, we would like to acknowledge and thank the staff at Princess Alexandra for looking after Dad and giving so much care, love and respect to him.

A celebration of Jake’s life will be held in the Beth Shan Chapel, 157 Georges Drive, Napier on Wednesday, 4 November at 11.00am, followed by private cremation. Messages to the Jacobs Family, C/o PO Box 439, Napier 4140.
