Taken, after illness borne with courage and fortitude, on 23 December 2025, in her 80^th year.

Wife and life’s love of husband John. Tamahine arohaina a May and Pani Tipoki. Mother of Maurice and Arwen, and sister of Raiha, Lev, Maurice, Albert, June, Robert, Frank, Joy, King, and Tina. Maumahara i runga i te aroha.

Family and friends are invited to a service for Celia to be held in the Beth Shan Chapel, cnr Maraekakaho & Orchard Roads, Hastings at 11.00am tomorrow, Sunday, 28 December, followed by private cremation.

Further commemoration will then take place, late January, at the family urupa in Frasertown, Wairoa.
